Senior Resource Alliance CEO Karla Radka Talks Willo and Scent Kits for Seniors
Show Notes

CEO Karla Radka, from the Senior Resource Alliance (also known as the Central Florida Area Agency on Aging) is a leader in providing seniors in Central Florida with information and services they need to carry on a meaningful day-to-day life. She also makes sure seniors have the latest tools or technology they need to be protected in today's changing society.

One of those tools is Willo and Scent Kits.

Willo is a trained Bloodhound. The Scent Kits are useful for any senior who may have diminishing cognitive skills or who may wander away from home and become missing. The kits, literally capture the scent of a senior making it possible for Willo the Bloodhound (or other tracking dogs and Bloodhounds) to avert a tragedy by locating the missing senior and expediting their return to safety.

Karla explains this and more in this episode of the Great American Senior Show with your grey-haired host Sam Yates.
